Our invoice is sent with (and not in advance of) the supply of each volume and the series statement and order number are clearly shown. Frequency tables and other settings ensure that we claim missing volumes from publishers and allow you to view their progress on MyDA Order Search.

Complete listings of your standing orders including either the latest volume or all known volumes are available on request. DA will take responsibility for the orderly transfer of a standing order from another supplier and is in a good position to supply back volumes when needed.
